Accepting These Terms

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using RepRock, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use RepRock.

If you use RepRock for a minor, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on the minor's behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RepRock. If the law where you live requires parental consent at a higher age, you may use RepRock only with that consent.

You may not use RepRock where its use would violate applicable law.

What RepRock Does

RepRock lets you select apps or websites to restrict and earn screen-time access by completing supported activities. Features depend on your device, Apple services, permissions, settings, and operating-system behavior.

Step, repetition, movement, duration, and calorie measurements are estimates. RepRock may miss, delay, or incorrectly classify activity. You are responsible for confirming that your device is positioned safely and that an activity is appropriate for you.

Health and Safety

RepRock does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a medical device. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning an exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or other health concern.

Exercise involves risk. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. Use a clear, stable exercise area and do not handle or position your device in a way that creates a hazard.

Permissions and Apple Services

RepRock may request access to Screen Time and Family Controls, HealthKit, Motion and Fitness, the camera, and notifications. You control these permissions through your device and may revoke them, but doing so may disable related features.

App restrictions and earned access rely on Apple frameworks and device settings outside Lyalin LLC's control. We do not guarantee that every selected app, category, website, workout, or earned-time session will be blocked, detected, or restored without delay.

Subscriptions and Free Trials

RepRock Premium is offered through auto-renewing weekly and annual subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, included features, and any trial are shown before purchase and may vary by storefront or currency.

When shown and Apple confirms eligibility, either plan may include a seven-day free trial. At the end of the trial, Apple will charge the displayed price for your selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per person, Apple Account, or subscription group.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting RepRock does not cancel a subscription. Apple processes payments, cancellations, and refunds under its applicable terms and policies.

Premium access may end when your subscription expires, is canceled, is refunded, or can no longer be verified.

License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms and Apple's usage rules, Lyalin LLC grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use RepRock on Apple-branded devices you own or control.

You may not misuse RepRock, interfere with its operation, bypass access or subscription controls, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, use it unlawfully, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related services.

Ownership

RepRock, Rocky, associated artwork, software, text, designs, trademarks, and other content are owned by Lyalin LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the limited license above.

Privacy and Third Parties

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. RepRock also relies on services provided by Apple and may use service providers such as RevenueCat for subscription status and Sentry for diagnostics. Their services are governed by their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Camera-based workout analysis is designed to occur on your device. RepRock does not record or upload camera footage. Health data is used only to provide supported health and workout functionality as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and Changes

We may update, add, suspend, or remove features to improve RepRock, address security or legal requirements, or account for changes to Apple platforms and third-party services. We do not promise that RepRock will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Termination

You may stop using RepRock at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for others, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepRock is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Lyalin LLC disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyalin LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from RepRock.

Our total liability for claims relating to RepRock will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for RepRock during the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that may be brought in court will be subject to the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

If you live outside California, mandatory consumer protections and rights available where you live remain unaffected.

Apple Terms

RepRock is licensed, not sold, and your use is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms. Apple is not responsible for RepRock's maintenance, support, or product claims.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Continuing to use RepRock after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
